I have had a horrible experience with the mangement at Tact1. The employees including supervisors have used profanity when talking to residents. Do not use this company. I have recorded the conversation of the supervisor, the owners best friend telling residents he will shoot them. He is adding to a hostile situation. I am forwarding this footage to the necessary authorities, and hopefully, we residents will be treated respectfully.

Tact 1 is an awesome company with profesionl officers. The owner is very hardworking,brillant and humble man. Keep up the great service for the community and clients you protect and serve. Rated: ****
