I am one of Lisa's students. I have been taking lessons from Lisa for approximately 2 years. She is a fantastic instructor. She goes above and beyond to help me learn to play by ear. Lisa has taught my 3 children piano for the last 7 years. We have truly been blessed by her teaching. She has great versatility in styles of music that allowed her to give each of my children the freedom to explore the style that they enjoyed the most. One daughter wanted to learn a classical style with runs and flourishes, another wanted to be able to play by ear and compose her own music. Our son has chosen a completely different type of music that differs from either of his sisters. Lisa takes time to hunt for music to teach the individual student rather than teach cookie cutter lessons.
