Joe Franich does not fulfill his contracts. He took 4 1/2 months to do a 4 week contract. When he declared it finished and got final payment, we discovered that he had mixed the cement with too much sand so that the steps that he had built crumbled and fell apart. He will not answer his cell phone and his home phone has been disconnected. Avoid his business!!!!
