High Calorie Burning Fitness on the Beach! My name is Bret and I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer. For over 7 years I've been helping my clients reach their goals. My experience shows that circuit training is the best way to lose weight, tone your physique, or just keep in great shape if you already are. Circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss. This is accomplished by taking all the major muscle groups through light weight resistance exercises with little rest in between sets. Most people know that the key to weight loss is to burn more calories then you take in through out the day. Circuit training is a great way to burn an incredible amount of calories, and help you reach that goal.
