ABOUT US: Party Pals was created by Rev. Brandon Fiscus. He noticed that most character entertainment was very boring and stand offish. Being an aspiring independent film maker, Brandon loves to use special film make up effects. So, he decided to create great character effects to allow for great parties and/or promotional experiences.
