I would absolutely NOT recommend this business. EAC is the worst company for business! Upon initial visit, first tech appeared pleasant and sincere. First he showed up without the part for the appliance, even after I told him what part needed to be replaced. Second the tech promised to find another available tech to come out and replace the part since he wasn't going to be available that evening. Although annoyed, I was initially OK with that as long as he would communicate with me who was coming and when so I can be available. Tech asked me for payment; foolishly I wrote a check to the company thinking he would keep his word. He never sent anyone back to complete the job, but had the colossal nerve to cash my check. I had to constantly call to have another appointment scheduled. When someone finally picked up the phone, I was scheduled for another appointment, with a specified 4 hour window. No one showed up during that time frame I was scheduled for, nor did anyone call saying why, or even to reschedule. While on my way out the door for an appointment that evening, I received a call from another tech saying he'll be there at 6:30pm. Well that's 3 1/2 hours later than he was supposed to be there. When asked what happened to original time frame and complained about their customer service, the tech hung up the phone on me without a reschedule. Called back to complain and was hung up on again by 1 of the owners. Job never completed. Cust. service stinks! Don't trust them.

Don't trust these guys! No respect for commitments. They will ignore your Prev Maint appointment if they can go make more money on A/c repairs. They did this to me without giving me a cortesy call.... Don't waist your time giving Eastern Air Control your business. I regret I did!!!

Eastern Air Control was referred to us thru our home warranty, which came with our home purchase. EAC called me within 2 hours of being dispatched by American Home Shield and they were able to come out to diagnose the problem within 72 hours (on a holiday weekend). Denise in the office was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. Technicians Nick D and Chris R came to install our brand new unit 2 weeks later. It only took 2 weeks because EAC had to wait for the unit to come in, it wasn't something readily available. The technicians came as scheduled and worked quickly and efficiently to get our new a/c unit up and running. 5 hours later, our home is finally under 90 degrees!

EAC was sent to our home by Total Protect Insurance. Our A/C unit was not working and they diagnosed the problem and replaced the thermostat which according to them had burnt wires. They told us insurance would not cover thermostats. We paid for it and later found out this was covered. Total Protect told us EAC told them they just did an upgrade and therefore was not covered. When I called EAC to confirm this the woman who called me back was very rude, told me she had already told me this was not covered and hung up on me. I will never want to deal with them again and I am also cancelling my insurance contract with Total Protect for hiring these people.
