Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Personal Training and Hockey Strength and Conditioning
We offer monthly memberships for both adult and youth programs. We have Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Circuit Training, Personal Training, Yoga, and Kali/Escrima. We are also a premier Hockey off-ice strength and conditioning facility geared towards athletes from the Pro Level down to the High School level. Minnesota Top Team has 13,000 square feet of gym space with separate spaces offered for each of our programs including a full weight room and cardio equipment.
