Temptations Parties is a home based business. I personally enter in orders & ship out all orders after they have been visually inspected for damage. I pride myself on making sure my customers are happy with their purchases. If at any time within 2 weeks an individual or individuals are not completely satisfied with a product, they are more than welcome to exchange it for something of equal or lesser value or a full money refund (minus s&h).
