It's nice to be near, but I'm in Nebraska and Sonicfantasia is in VA. So what! It was as if Mike was right here with me. Can't believe there are still companies with all American values! Mike is all about service, and was on the phone with me prior to the arrival of my backup machine. Calls and emails were promptly responded to, and I don't think anyone could be more helpful. Thanks for everything, Mike, and yes, we will be doing more business. I'll always be updating. I want to get a good machine for my grandkids, and I will be looking at a smaller setup for another project I want to do. Thanks again, you are the BEST!!!!

I have had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Mr. Michael McNeil, representing this company and I cannot express my complete confidence in anything he recommends concerning Sonic Fantasia products. I admit to being very naive concerning the purchase of karaoke products that I have been very excited to use, now that I have all of the equipment that I have purchased from the aforementioned and between telephone conversations and e-mails, Mike has been helpful beyond all expectations. I have the RSQ karaoke player with cordless microphones that are simlply outstanding! So what has Michael assisted with? I sent him all of my karaokes (that I have in my possesion) as well as two I purchased from him--Volumes I & II Millennium Super CD+G totalling over 1,800 popular songs from l956 through 2008, and put all of these together and transformed them to an electronic devise that contains over 2,500 karaoke songs that are in alphabetic order with each song identified by a number which you call up on your machine and it is before your screen within a couple of seconds! Unbelievable! He also sent me a key listing all of these songs in alphabetic order, which I promptly placed in a three-ring binder for easy access. I might add that he also has all of the songs listed (on the karaoke screen) in alphabetic order by performer. What a guy! He went beyond the call of duty to hellp me and I will be forever grateful for his assistance! You can't go wrong when you deal with Mike

Talk about service beyond the sale. Mike has been a huge help in sorting through and helping me understand all the technical aspects of a disk free Karaoke system. Because of his expertise, we now have over 8,000 songs in our professsional library being used by a duet for background tracks and for an occassional Karaoke party. All our songs were converted from appr. 200 of our old CDG's and 6 new SCDG's (bought from Sonic Fantasia) into one huge file. These are now being accessed and played by the Cav's 203G unit using the remote control that comes with the 203G. Mike suggested what software (MCG manager from Cavs) to use for various tasks in the conversion process in addition to getting us a new remote. The original remote was defective and to their credit and Mike's intervention, it was replaced in a couple of days.
This is just a small sampling of the expert service we obtained from Mike at Sonic Fantasia and would not hesitate to highly recommend him. When we need anything remotely connected to Karaoke or DJ equipment in the future, Mike and Sonic Fantasia will most assuredly get the call.
