I was very impressed with Wise Home Inspections. Phil was amazing in telling me about what they do and how they do it. I always lived in a Condo or townhouses. A house is a whole different entity altogether. First home owner novice. We live in another state and Phil was very accommodating to our time-sensitive issues. After everything was inspected, absolutely everything, he emailed a report on lots of different structures of the home including the pool. He then called me to go over questions I may have had. He also left some recommendations for trustworthy people to fix things and explained that we could do it ourselves without spending a ton of money. They also back you up with a fabulous guarantee.
