Henry Pratte does not have an Electrical or Plumbers License and should not be practicing these crafts in the State of NH or MA. He owes a number of people thousands of dollars and he does shoddy work. Don't exspect them to finish the job and NEVER PAY THESE PEOPLE IN ADVANCE. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.
