X Additional Notes Complaint: Last Year (2011) My husband and I decided we would like to have an in ground pool installed, we decided to go with Prince Pool and spa in Watervliet NY. The initial start of the pool being installed was a fair experience. We were promised our pool would be completed approx one month. That did not happen. There were many times * * the owner of the pool company never showed up and our torn up back yard just sat. The concrete for the patio around the pool was poured when my husband and I were not home, my fourteen year old daughter was, she told us that he had his small kids with him and his wife, and his kids were throwing stones into the pool!!I think it was sometime late October, early November was when the pool was closed by *. He told us he would open the pool in the spring and remove the rocks. There was still a lot of work to be done our back yard was a mess, it was never completely leveled out my husband did it himself by hand a rake. The fill that was used was stone and sand, what a mess! Our drive way was sunken in by the big cement trucks, we were told that was to be expected, (I wish they told us before hand!)A piece of the corner of our shed was ruined when * was using the bulldozer, That wasn't fixed until January 2012! After the pool opening in the spring i notice cracks in the concrete around the pool patio, ten in total. Also the corner of the pool is rounded so the liner is not flush , so if someone (like my children) could easily
