I have been with NBS Alarm for going on two years now and will never consider another provider. The service is top notch, Mr. Livingston is always polite, professional, prompt and honest. I can now go to work knowing my home is protected when I am not there and sleep well at night knowing that I and my animals are protected from break-in's or fire. I am a recent new grandmother and I have recommended NBS Alarm to my daughter and her husband. I want to make sure they are always protected from fire, carbon monoxide poisoning and theft. Especially now that my granddaughter is here. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting a good deal, affordability, reliable monitoring service and a professional installer. Take care of your family and loved ones with Mr. Livingston and his company. I did and I have never regretted it!!

What a great company. The most honest company that I have ever delt with. They were upfront about everything and there was no surprizes when the alarm was put in. I had my front door replaced yesterday and called them to have the alarm fixed and they were out here with in 2 hours and didn't even charge me for it because they were right down the street putting in another alarm system.

Fantastic experience. Very friendly and very helpful. Just had my system installed and everything went great. I just bought a new used home and this was the first thing that has been done that didn't have some sort of problems. (more money) Everything was done very quickly and they made sure I knew how to use it before they left. They even waited without complaint for me to finish with the plumber. I will refer them to all of my family and friends.
