Purchased cabinets and doors from the company. Cabinet panels arrived with no directions,purchased GFCI’s or fasteners. Owner responded to emails with a list of items I needed to buy and directions for me to print. Once put together, I noticed the cutouts were for 24” units despite having bought a 36” cabinet door from them. Owner contacted and new front panel and top support arrived. Front panel okay except burner unit 1 inch too deep despite having sent dimensions at their request. Top support inches too short to fit in unit so we had to modify so unit was secure all the way around. Owner was contacted on every discovery. Rarely responded and finally offered $316 for a refund of missing GFCI’s which still has not been credited to my account.
