My Fitness Studio is a family owned personal training studio where you can get the body you want & the fitness you need at the studio you love! My Fitness Studio is a family owned and operated personal training studio just west of Val Vista Lakes in the Mesa/Gilbert area. We offer either individual or semi-private personal training sessions to fit your needs, schedule, budget and personality. Our trainers provide you with: Guidance and instruction - showing you proper form and the right exercises to do Goal setting - helping you set specific goals that are measurable, realistic, smart and attainable. Injury prevention - staying safe is imperative. You'll be less likely to suffer an injury if you're using proper form. Accountability - you'll be more likely to show up if you have an appointment and if you show up, you'll work hard and see results. Food choices - trainers can help you make good food choices and suggestions. Motivation - couldn't everyone use their own personal cheerleader?
