I hired Mike in October 2015 to replace the windows in my home. My home had been recently remodeled on the inside and I specifically stated that the interior of the home was not to be disturbed. The problems began with the order. Mike had ordered plain glass windows instead of the grid windows that had been requested. When the installation began it was discovered that he had ordered windows for new home construction instead of replacement windows. This meant that the entire casing for the window inside and outside had to be replaced. As the construction continued Mike found that he had measured incorrectly and several more windows had to be reordered. When Mike was confronted about these errors he became angry and walked off the job leaving my home open to damage by weather. He was asked to pay damages or file a claim through his insurance and he refused. I later found out that he doesn't carry liability insurance. Mike never took responsibility for his errors. I am still in the process of completing this work (1/2016) inside and out while seeking reimbursement from Mike. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!
