AWESOME JOB! Our roof had been leaking for years. When it came time to redo our roof we had several contractors give us bids. We compared new metal, TPO, EPDM, and two roof coatings. Marksman Coatings is the only trained applicator in the state for the ICC-Astec Roof System. They waterproofed all of our seams and fasteners and applied two thermal reflective top coats. We received a 10-year, leak free, renewable warranty from ICC-Astec and a two year guarantee from Marksman Coatings. Our roof looks better than new, there have been no leaks and they were neat, organized and professional during the entire process! Thanks to Paul and his crew for the great job!
