Doug and the LDI staff were wonderful to work with. I had serveral large trees that need to be removed from my property in Angleton and was referred to LDI by a co-worker. Having gotten 2 other bids prior to LDIs we chose Dougs bid. It was realistic and far. They performed the work on time and in a neat and clean capacity. We would use their services again. M. Umphry

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!! Douglas is UNRELIABLE and WILL NOT stand by his word. I never write reviews but this one deserves a review so others will be aware. I had two trees removed from the front yard in October 2015 by Douglas. His crew also ground the stumps, filled the holes and laid sod. Although he was unreliable with scheduling and responding, he did finally show up and provide the service. The day of service went well and professional. We even talked with them, provided water and when complete I made Douglas and his crew worker a cappuccino. Douglas filled the holes from the removal high leaving large mounds but told us they would collapse with time. He also told me to call if they didn't level out and he would come fix them. I gave them plenty of time to do so and to date they have not leveled at all. I do my own lawn and they are difficult to mow over. Not to mention they are an eyesore. I contacted Douglas on May 21, 2016 and discussed the repair. He asked that I text him with my address so he could come the upcoming week. I did so and didn't hear from him as promised. A week later on May 28, 2016 I called and text. NO RESPONSE. June 7, 2016 sent text. NO RESPONSE! On June 8, 2016 I sent another text saying, "Very unprofessional service. Thank you". He immediately responded, "We will get it this week relax." THE WEEK PASSED and I heard nothing from him. June 17, 2016 sent text and yard photo. Today is July 10, 2016. I have never heard back from him!!
