This guy is a con artist. His MO is as follows:
He will bid on your job and ask for a deposit to buy materials.
If you pay him a deposit, he will not do the job and will ignore your phone calls. His objective is to not do the work and keep your deposit. If you attempt to recover the deposit, he will say that it is non-refundable.
