We have a variety of services where our number one goal is the well being and overall health of our clients, whether in Idaho or elsewhere in the US. We are a personal training studio with a twist. In addition to one-on-one in-person training sessions and group sessions we are also online. Using our online training tool will allow anyone within the US to access either a database of basic exercises or receive personal instruction from our trainers, customized to your fitness goals. This online feature also includes a meal planner that lays out your exact calorie breakdown based off of your level of activity and gives you a day to day plan for your meals. We are a company dedicated to improving health and clearing up common misconceptions about exercise. Not sure how to lose that extra weight? Or tone your muscles?
