Ken does an outstanding job...wired my apartment so that everything works! You can't imagine how awful it is to turn on the air conditioner and have your refrigerator shut down. Or, use the vacuum and the lights go out. Forget using a toaster, microwave or hair dryer. It all had to be done in darkness. Now, all my appliances work whenever I need them.

Had a very disappointing experience with Ken. He installed some hi hat lights for us in our den and in the process, knocked out power to three wall outlets. He promised he would fix them for us but never did. He also left several light switches without the exterior plates so you can see the bare wiring behind. We thought it was just a misunderstanding at first so we called him for a follow up. He promised to come back and we set an appointment up. Never showed. Gave him benefit of the doubt and he agreed to come back again at 9:00 o'clock on Sunday. You guesss it, never showed up. Won't take calls from us either. Avoid.
