Horrible customer service, does not respond to emails without multiple attempts and false advertising on Etsy site. I always want to support small businesses but my experience with this business has been horrible. I ordered 2 items from Etsy store which states Will Gladly Accept Returns & Exchanges if contacted within 14 days. It also states will respond within 24 hours. The 2 items I received are unopened because they will not work with what I had planned to wear them with. I contacted them a couple of days after receipt and 3 days went by, I had to contact Etsy who then contacted store - that is the only way they would respond. Owner said they do not accept returns, only exchanges. I have emailed them again, once a day for past 3 days and no response. False advertising, blatant disregard for customer service and chooses to lie and ignore customers. Still waiting to hear back and simply receive my refund and details on how to return items. Read the Etsy store reviews before purchasing (I wish I had). This seems to be the norm for this business.
