Employers can browse the list of job seekers or search the list for specific keywords. They can send emails to selected job seekers and save their profiles for viewing later. Recruiters have the same basic priveliges as Employers. Job seekers have several fields in their profiles where they can provide links to resumes, portfolios or even videos as well as including basic HTML codes for individualization.
