If your looking for a very personable and friendly andeavor when buying your next home, then New Advantage Homes and Laurie Arndt are the ones for you. From the first visit she made me feel like I was visiting a long time friend. She knew all the right questions to ask in order to better assist me in getting what I not only wanted, but what I needed. She not only helped me pick out the right floor plan for my needs, she even helped me find the perfect piece of land to build it on. By the third visit, we were well on our way to becoming very dear friends. By the fourth visit we were being invited for dinner and found out the woman walks the walk. Yes she too lives in a modular home and found out that she so believes in their quality that her daughter owns one as well. Laurie Arndt is truely a very knowledgable and honest business woman. I would recommend her to anyone. When she found out that I would be moving my 75 year old mother with me, she tweeked our floor plan to accommodate my mom and make sure that she would not have to go up or down any steps. Even the laundry is on first floor and raised toilet, walk in shower and grab bars in bathroom to mak sure mom would be not only comfortable but safe. She truely will go out of her way to make your dream home a reality and the process a positive one. Every time I thought something wouldn't work, she told me to let her worry about it, that that was her job and just as she stated, it all worked out. Now a family friend
