Partnership For Health Home Healthcare provides enhanced healthcare services for you or your one wherever you need it. Whether hourly, daily or live in, it is assistance to allow someone to stay in their home, or additional care for those in a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living facility, we can design a package of services that will work for you. On average, our in-home services runs less than one-third of the cost of an assisted living facility and less than one-quarter of what a skilled nursing facility would cost. We accept Medicade, private insurance and private pay. Payments can be check, cash or credit card.
