I purchased 3 items but only one was processed. I paid an additional $13 in shipping only for it to still arrive 4 days late despite direct company confirmation for it to arrive on time. I also never received any tracking information personally to track my item. I have requested a refund and have yet to receive a response or my money several days later.

This company is horrible and sells defective products and will not reimburse you for your purchase without a 2 month fight first. Do not purchase from them!

Horrible, morally corrupt, borderline illegal and definitely a scam "company". Website is is full of false advertising i.e. "with having children of our own we understand the importance of your child’s special day. We take pride in knowing we were a part of helping you to create that big smile with memories to last for many years to come”. DO NOT DO business w/them!!!! Read this. 8/3/17 ordered a personalized t-shirt and thank you stickers for my daughter’s 4th bday party to be held 8/18/17. Website states “Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. …Once your order has shipped, please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for delivery with ground shipping”. Received email & was charged for order 8/7/17 stating my order was "processing" and would be “shipping in 2-3 days”.Checked order status beginning 8/10/2017 and daily thereafter as order still said, “processing, will ship in 2-3 days”. On 8/15/17, tried calling customer service twice at number listed, 702-8848-5460 phone immediately went to answering machine, LM requesting call back re: order status. On 8/16/17,called again, same thing as calls on 8/15/17, also sent an email requesting a response asap as party in two days on 8/18/17, Called on 8/23/17 advising I would be initiating complaint w/BBB and possibly pursuing legal action after complaint findings. Also stated since order still not shipped and no response, cancel my order provide full refund. 9/1/17 I get an email that order shipped. Unbelievable.
