We assist family's with recasting their family's home loans. We perpare the court case for our clients to sue the leanders for fraud in their home loan contracts and force the leanders to give the home owner a new loan based on the homes current market value. We have the court paperwork served to the leanders invouled and assist our cllients with the negociations of the new loan.
