Scottee I just returned from an amazing vacation that I booked through Impress. I too was called by Impress three months ago. I was told that as part of a promotion I was eligible for a wonderful Florida vacation. I was clearly informed that it was part of a promotion. I was told that the deposit was non-refundable (this is standard in the travel industry. I just lost $1,700.00 on two Delta tickets that were non-refundable) Our trip was worth well over $2000.00 - we were able to enjoy a cruise and two theme parks. Okay, the only bummer was is that we had to sit through a 90 minute timeshare pitch, but in all fairness, Impress told us about that prior to taking our deposit. So, for $574.00 USD - about $600 CD, our family of four had a great time! Thanks Impress!
