"BBQ Catering" Delivered to you! We started out cooking BBQ for our concessions we run at local events, such as the races they hold at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. We now have a BBQ Catering business, with the goal of opening a BBQ Resturant. We slow cook our meats using hickory wood and baste them with our homemade sauce.
