Former Rating Specialist with the Department of Veterans Affairs for 19 years. Provide Free Review of Rating Decision and guidance of VA Regulations As a former Rating Specialist for the VA for 19 years, I have extensive training with VA benefits delivery system. I will assist and aid the veteran and their dependents in filing claims for pension and compensation benefits. I will make inquiries to the VA regional office' on behalf of veterans & dependents to furnish complete c-files/records for review for accuracy, e.g. dependency, effective dates, use of correct Diagnostic codes, inferred issues and completeness of issues raised by the veterans claims. I wil be reviewing optrs, VAE, QTC etc. I will provide guidance on SOC, SSOC, education, fiduciary, burial and legal advice and representation to the higher VA courts.
