Do not do business with this man!!! or trowbridge companies! Do not trust him. Starting building houses for him and now can't get paid. All kinds of contractors have been through this subdivision, left with no pay!!! I would not buy a house here either, it will either have a lien on it for non payment or you will have contractors at your door threatening to tear it down.

Terrible experience with this builder. Construction took 2 years which was 16 months longer than date in contract. Multiple liens from unpaid subcontractors at closing. Foundation wall cracked and shifted during build. Basement flooded the week before closing. Totally disorganized and unscrupulous.

Home took way longer than agreed upon, substandard work, I've had to spend over $25,000.00 in work that needed to be redone. Lies, lies and more lies. Single worst decision that I have ever made was to build with Trowbridge. I regret my decision every single day.
