Terrible experience with this company, would not recommend. We purchased the lift, it was installed on Friday May 19th, we used the lift over Memorial Day weekend, once, then it quit working. We texted and called the owner on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, he ignored our calls, did not even call us back to say "hey, got your message, I will get it fixed". We texted him on the Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend to let him know that we were disputing the credit card charge and holy moly, he calls with in 45 seconds of receiving our text. He does go out to fix it, 2 weeks later. Then in July we notice the battery is not charging. Well, we call lift tech, the motor manufacturer and my husband explains the problem, as it turn out, this guy did not even design the correct battery set up for this hoist. it should have 2 batteries running in series, that we had to set up. He has NO CLUE what he is doing. I was not impressed with his responsiveness, it felt like he got our money and when we had an issue, he ignored us until we told him we were disputing the credit card charge. Unfortunately he could have avoided all this headache had he had the common decency to call us back when we texted and called him to tell him the lift did not work. He had $7,800 of our money on a non working hunk of metal in Lake Huron. Sorry for the poor review, but it is the truth and it was a terrible experience for us.
