This is the same Jeff Packer, working as Bear Claw Structures, that took a deposit of $18,000 from us for a shipping container home project, in Oct. of 2015, and gave us nothing . We won a default judgement in Cobb County Magistrate court, but Mr. Packer can't seem to keep his end of the payment plan. Think twice before paying him any money up front. I'm just trying to save someone from the headache that we're going through. I can give you the Cobb county case #, if you're interested.
This is how he makes his living. Do not hire him. He has stopped paying us and he is now using pictures of home builds from another company as his own!
