THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY! My furnace would only run for about 10 minutes then shut off for 5 then run for 10, and so on. It was a few days before a polar vortex was coming in the high for the coming Wednesday was -30°F! They came out on saturday.They were an hour and a half late.The guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was completely confused by my smart thermostat. He tried blaming the problem on low batteries in the thermostat but the thermostat doesn't have batteries! Then he tried blaming it on a dirty filter but I had just put in a new filter.Finally he fiddled with some stuff claimed the problem was fixed(spoiler, it wasn't) and left.I called them back Sunday when I realized the problem wasn't fixed. They make another appointment for Monday. The time for the appointment comes on monday, and no one shows up. OK, they were late the first time, maybe they are just running late again.They never show up, and never call.I tried calling them no one answers their phone and the voicemail isn't even set up.When I finally get someone to answer on Tuesday morning the guy is incredibly rude and first claims he never had an appointment then claims he did but canceled it because they are waiting on a part but he doesn't know what part.When I told him I wasn't happy because I missed a day of work waiting for him he basically cussed me out on the phone and said he was never coming back out and I can take it up with my home warranty company and hung up!

I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH AIR QUALITY HEATING & COOLING! This company is awful. They cheated us out of our money and never fixed our AC. They charged us $400 for coolant, but due to their negligence, they did not check over our entire system and did not find the cracked coil in our system, so all of the coolant leaked out, before we got to use it. They refuse to give us our money back. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and I hope they go out of business because all they do is scam people.
