This meditation center is great! The method that is practiced here is so much more effective than anything I have ever tried. It is called the method of subtraction. It eliminates all the accumulated mind that people have which includes stress, fear, anxiety, sadness, loneliness, resentment, anger, judgment, separation, boredom, purposelessness... all sorts of pain and burden. I have been practicing for a few months now and the enlightenment that comes from subtracting just gets deeper and deeper. I have recommended it to family and friends... now you!
