I've been coming to this dry cleaners 6 years. They always put holes in my clothes by stapling their tag to each article of clothing. But on this day They informed me that they did not clean one of my shirts. I asked why. Then she retrieved the shirt and showed it to me with rips and tears through the whole cuff and greenish brown dirt all over the cuff and sleeves. I asked what happened to my shirt and immediately I was told "oh no you gave it to us like this to be cleaned". I asked why anyone would try to clean a shirt that is clearly unwearable considering all of the rips and tears. She simply said "I don't know but you gave it to us like this and we wont clean it". I asked for the owner who was unavailable. 2 hours later the owner called and immediately accused me of bringing them a torn shirt with dirt all over the cuffs. When I asked if it was possible for her employees to have possibly dropped the shirt on the ground then gotten the cuffs caught on a machine she replied with "no that is not possible at all, my machines cant rip or tear anything, its your fault you gave it to us like this." I cant believe I've been giving my business to someone like this for all these years. I came back later that day to pick up the 20 shirts I dropped off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Customer service = ZERO. I never asked for any money or a replacement shirt. But to be accused without any resolution is insulting. Thanks for enlightening me on your lack of customer service.

As a customer I am very happy with Lots of Clean. The service is excellent but they need to extend their hours at least on saturdays. Thanks!
