Very nice product but these people will NOT ship "same day" as this page states. In fact, the owner will tell you "we will DEFINITELY ship tomorrow" and "tomorrow" turns out to be 2 days later.Latest example: I placed a simple order early Monday afternoon and arrived at their UPS station after hours on THURSDAY, not Tuesday as they promised. There is ALWAYS an excuse. The woman who is the owner says things such as "things happen, they just happened to you more often than others..." This has happened on numerous occasions and never improves.I have absolutely had it with these people.
