I would never recommend this law firm. Michelle DeBolt represented me in a case , & did a horrible job! Her demeanor comes off as scared & afraid. Everything I asked for she argued against. She did not make me feel like she were for my choices. & then wayyyyy over charged me! She is a joke of an attorney!

In April 2015, the judge granted an income withholding for my ex and to this day I never received a dime and my ex's income was never garnished. Michael stated several times he resent the form. I had a new attorney handle a case that would change the original child support amount and he was able to have my ex's wages garnished within two weeks, something Michael failed to accomplish in eight months, but still charged me $1200 for a job he never completed. Michael may seem like the go getter attorney you want for your case but 9 out of 10 times, you'll never reach him, he won't ever be on time, he'll charge you too much, and do an inadequate job at everything. Find a better attorney who actually gives a damn about your case.
