Pilates Studio specializing in teaching the Authentic Pilates Method of Body Conditioning for all body types, all age levels & different fitness level
Our studio is fully equipped with Gratz-designed Pilates equipment by Basil. We offer privates, semi-privates, tower/mat and mat classes. Classes are limited to small groups to ensure personalized training. Our instructors are outstanding and has undergone intensive training to become certified.
