We used Empire Liberty Cleaning when we moved into our new home. With young children we wanted to move in without having to do all of the tedious cleaning. Empire Liberty was prompt, professional and when they were finished our new house was ready for us to move right in. They did an excellent job.

I had an appointment scheduled for today at 3:00. It was my first time using them. At 3:10 nobody was here so I called and left a message. I got no response. I then emailed around 3:30 asking for a call back letting me know what is going on. Just before 4:00, I finally got an email back saying that they sent the crew to another location. I emailed back asking if they could still send another crew today and I asked for a call to reschedule and haven't heard back. Very bad first impression. You need to call your customers when you screw up, not just hide behind an email.
