Outdoor Mission Camp "OMC" reaches out to people through the Creation to provide experiences which promote encounters with God, the Creator, cultivati PROMOTING ENCOUNTERS WITH GOD, THE CREATOR Outdoor Mission Camp "OMC" reaches out to people through the Creation to provide experiences which promote encounters with God, the Creator, cultivating spiritual wholeness and a zeal to emulate Christ. Outdoor Mission Camp strives to be cutting edge in wilderness discipleship training. We offer instruction in backpacking, rock climbing, white water paddling, team building and challenge courses. We facilitate relationships, counseling skills, and spiritual growth. Located on the edge of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, we use the half a million acres for the majority of our activities, but we also use local rivers, climbing areas and national forest sites.
