The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. I never had a problem with them and especially not with the prices that they charge for their lockouts.

Rockwall Locksmith 4 Less is a scummy and shady business. They quoted us to unlock my car at $40 over the phone. When they got here they quoted us at $150. On the the initial call they had asked the make and year of my vehicle so they could have easily given us this quote over the phone. They then charged us $20 for coming out… just to give us a $150 quote AFTER they had already given us a $40 quote. After the technician left I called back to the main office asking to speak to the manager. The operator told me he was the manager. When later he said that he wasn't, he was just the answering service and that he couldn't give me the information as to who the manager was. Both the technician and the operator hung up on me and my husband when we asked to speak to somebody in charge regarding the matter. The website also says the locksmith will be out in 30 minutes or less. We waited 2 hours before one arrived.

Give them a call if you want the best locksmith technicians! They arrive to your location within minutes of your call. I locked myself out of my warehouse and the technician that came did a great job. Thank you.
