Contacted with them to move us on Saturday, 7/13. There were to arrive between 1-2 pm. I called them Sat. morning to confirm and Alan said everything on schedule see you by 2. By 3 they had not shown. I called, no answer, left message. Called again at 3:20, no answer, called at 4:00, no answer, called at 5:00 left message to why they did not show. Benefit of the doubt could have had an emergency. No return call. Called Monday, 7/15, Alan answered. Yes, I have you down for Saturday, my reply yes this past Saturday, his reply Oh! Shot and he hung up. Has blocked my call back to him. Mind you this is a cell number I was calling all day Saturday. Bottom line this cost us the rental of the U-Haul truck for the day at 100.00. I was able to find another mover on short notice for Sunday, 7/14 and the cost of another rental truck to do the move. Artisfamily moved us and did an excellent job. Don' use Your Choice Movers
