Unfortunately, we live in a world where fraudulent insurance claims are on the rise, personal protection requirements are at an all time high and every day thousands of people are subject to potential threats, personally and professionally. On Scene was formed out of the need our founder, Rick Klein, saw having spent over twenty years in law enforcement. He experienced firsthand the areas where personal and professional protection were not the responsibility of the police department yet the situations were leaving individuals at significant risk.
