247 Action Auction, Inc. offers independent retail music, book, and video stores online sales and auction services. Our item catalog features detailed information with photographs for over 3,000,000 music records and CDs. The purpose of this is to enable independent music stores to list items online at our site without having to research and retype identical information that we already have completed. We are adding to the database publishing and title information for books to enable independent bookstores to sell and auction their items. The same process is being done with laserdiscs, VHS tapes, DVDs, HD DVDs and Blu-rays for independent movie stores. Each store in these 3 categories has to research information, take pictures, then input this combined information to list items online. Our goal is to not have every independent store in the country do this by themselves, but to access a shared database.
