I needed service on an old wall clock that was ~not so valuable~ but very valuable to me and my family. It was time to pass it from one generation to the next and the clock needed cleaned, minor repairs and adjustments to prepare it for transport to the next generation. Daniel Beaton of Matters of Time, took the time to do the work and do it well and never once suggested the clock was not worthy of being well taken care of. He even said "it is a privilege to be part of this family's story and this clock is priceless." After initial inspection he quoted the price and a time frame for the work and he kept his word.
