We have built a reputation of hi-tech and quality cutting tools. The minimum width dimension of our PCD/PCBN grooving tools is 0.63 mm, its tolerance is controlled within 0.004mm. Being processed by these tools the pistons’ surface coarse ratio will be over Ra0.2 , wave ratio is equal or less than 0.003. The tools (including turning& boring tools, non-standard tools for special shape, combustion chamber turning tools, fix spring grooving tools, combination processing tools for multiply using etc.) are of wide rang application for various piston processing lines.
