My husband and I unfortunately had the displeasure of working with this company and would sum up the experience as a nightmare from start to finish. The owner Mark is unprofessional, incompetent and above all, should likely be in prison. They showed up late, wrong equipment which was old and damaged. The staff he sent were inexperienced and also unprofessional. They were not prepared and didn't have the manpower they needed to complete the work. We found it odd there are no legitimate reviews anywhere for this company and now we know why. Google doesn't even have reviews on this company and they are not an accredited business. They apparently went through a rebranding a few years back due to the lawsuits and bad reviews under the prior company name. Steer clear of this unprofessional company. They are in the process of being sued by several clients.

The bad rating was in 2014. Since then our entire company has restructured which has worked thus far. Its worked so good that we have expanded to 9 locations across the country and are a top provider for select products in the US. I remember that lady with the bad rating and she eventually removed her rating on yelp because after we took legal action against her, she immediately removed it because she knew she was wrong. This one however we just noticed but it was so long ago we are not worried about it.

Absolutely not recommended. This company has a cancellation policy, which they do not mention. Request credit card only for "reserve" the stage, explain then you agreed to a contract without the let knowing the customer what the terms are. Then immediately they threaten you with a lawyer and they are very rude. By the way somebody has signed for me too. Stage was never delivered, but I had to pay the full amount. I think it is not a good business behavior. I should look previously at yelp, they have not a single recommendation!
