After waiting 1 1/2 hours outside Ft. Lauderdale airport for another shuttle service, who somehow makes it to page 1 on Google, I was rescued by Florida Red Line. Donovan, the driver, was very courteous, friendly, and accomodating and managed to calm this extremely annoyed traveler. He even made an urgent "pitstop" for another traveler, which is a fear of many who won't take shuttles. I would highly recommend this shuttle service.

My 21 year old daughter had a 10:20 a.m. reservation from the assigned Miami Biscayne location (yes, the same place that they dropped her off at) sat on a bench in downtown Miami for over 5 hours!!! She called, I called and my husband called the 1-800 number provided. My daughter spoke with a representative at 10:30 a.m. to inquire where her bus was. She was informed that the bus was in Ft Lauderdale and in traffic and would be there within 35 minutes. I called at 11:30 to inquire where her bus was and was PROMISED that she would be picked up within 35 minutes. Each time my daughter and I attempted to call this number again, we were rerouted to the voice mail/mail box is full message. I believe that after numerous attempts, their representatives chose who he would talk to based on caller id. We were helpless as to what was going on with our daughter in Miami! My husband called (from a different area code) at 1:00 p.m. and was told that our daughter was on the bus....NOT! He was then told that the driver went to pick her up and she wasn't there....NOT! She never left that bench once in the 5 hours that she sat there!! My husband was then told that another driver would pick her up in 15 minutes (1:30 p.m.). My daughter (after 19 unsuccessful tries) did manage to contact your representative for the 2nd time. At 2:30 ended up renting a car from Hertz and driving back to Tampa. Horrible!
