I work on-site with business owners to help them run their company, including finance, administration, human resources and problem solving. I founded CFA Services for several reasons. Spending the last 20 years climbing the corporate ladder reaching the top rung as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), I realized I don't want to hang out there for the next 20 years. Even the nicest view gets boring if it never changes. Every business is unique and has its own set of challenges. My specialty is working with small service-based companies with 5 to 25 employees. Ideally, owners of these businesses are ready for change, willing to acknowledge that the "old ways" are not working, and willing to allow me to think outside the box and promote change.
